     Prairie Golf is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Our product line includes putters, drivers, fairway woods, irons and new forged titanium drivers and professional 3 & 5 Metal Woods to go along with popular line of putters, irons and three wedged system.

     The original idea to create Prairie Golf was to diversify and expand the customer base for Superior Metal Products (SMP). SMP has been a staple in the Omaha community since 1971 as a manufacturer of products that include robotics, agriculture, Industrial, commercial and created parts for such companies as John Deere and Valmont.

     Prairie Golf’s offices, workshop, warehouse and storage space are located in Omaha, Nebraska. On top of the success we are having in the equipment industry, the manufacturing side of Prairie Golf has paid great benefits as we have manufactured putters for companies such as Dog-Leg Right and the Beta Group, owner of the Pixel brand of putters.

     We are recognized in the industry as a new and emerging business with a reputation of manufacturing expertise and outstanding customer service. Our equipment is created with state of the art machinery with a level of quality equal to any golf equipment in the industry.

     We were the proud sponsors of the Prairie Golf tour from 1996-2000. We felt to gain market share an essential piece of our marketing strategy was to gain name recognition and get our equipment in the hands of professional players and club pro’s who would ultimately be our customers. Our tour was very successful and provided us a vehicle to gain essential exposure. One of the highlights of our Tour was the number of players that went on to play the PGA TOUR including Matt Gogel, Steve Gotsche, Nick O’Hearn and Mike Schuchart. We also gained national notoriety as we were featured in a front page story in the Friday June 2, 2000 issue of Wall Street Journal.

     We currently have international distributors in Sweden, Canada, Scotland and the UK. Our market segment includes both green grass and retail golf shops. Former Masters Champion, Fuzzy Zoeller, is just one of the PGA professionals that have played our clubs at one time.
